校长信箱 Principal's Mailbox

“校长信箱”是学校领导加强与师生员工以及学生家长、社会公众互动交流,倾听合理诉求,吸收合理化建议,促进学校依法决策、民主决策、科学决策,推动学校各项事业持续快速健康发展的重要渠道和窗口。

一、“校长信箱”受理范围

1.对学校改革、发展、稳定等方面的意见和建议;

2.关系师生员工群体利益的重大问题;

3.对学校各单位或工作人员的建议、意见和要求;

4.监督、检举学校工作人员的违法违纪及失职行为;

5.反映侵害本人合法权益,属于学校解决范畴的事项;

6.其他涉及教育法规的信访事项。

二、“校长信箱”来信须知

1.请填写姓名、联系电话、通信地址或电子邮件地址,以便于更好地和您联系核实有关情况和及时进行信息反馈。在来信受理过程中,工作人员会妥善维护好来信人信息。

2.涉及学校相关部门职责范围内可以直接处理的日常咨询、意见建议类事项,来信人可先与学校相关职能部门进行联系,具体联系方式详见相关部门电话。

3.来信所填内容应尽量简明扼要,论据充分,字数不超过1000字为宜。

4.来信内容应注意文明用语,不得捏造事实,诬陷、诽谤他人,不得损害其他师生员工、单位的合法权益。

5.对通过校长信箱反映的各类意见和建议,学校将按照有关规定在5个工作日内给予答复。

Principal's Mailbox

The "Principal's Mailbox" serves as an important channel and window for the College leaders to enhance interaction and communication with teachers, students, staff, parents, and the general public. It enables leaders to listen to reasonable demands, absorb rational suggestions, promote the school's decision - making in accordance with the law, democratically, and scientifically, and drive the sustained, rapid, and healthy development of all aspects of the school's undertakings.

I. Scope of Acceptance of the "Principal's Mailbox"

1.Opinions and suggestions regarding the school's reform, development, and stability.

2.Major issues concerning the collective interests of teachers, students, and staff.

3.Suggestions, opinions, and demands directed at various school departments or staff members.

4.Supervision over, and reports of, illegal, disciplinary-violating, and derelict - of-duty behaviors of school staff.

5.Matters reflecting the infringement of one's legitimate rights and interests, which fall within the scope of the school's responsibility to address.

6.Other petition-letter and visit matters related to education regulations.

II. Instructions for Letters to the "Principal's Mailbox"

1.Please fill in your name, contact number, mailing address or email address. This will enable us to contact you more effectively to verify relevant information and provide timely feedback. During the process of handling your letter, our staff will properly protect the information of the sender.

2.For routine inquiries, opinions, and suggestions that can be directly handled within the scope of the responsibilities of relevant school departments, the sender may first contact the relevant departments of the school. Please check the contact number of the relevant department below.

3.The content of the letter should be as concise as possible with sufficient supporting arguments. It is advisable that the number of words does not exceed 1,000.

4.When writing the letter, please use civilized language. Do not fabricate facts, slander or libel others, and do not harm the legitimate rights and interests of other teachers, students, staff, or units.

5.Regarding all kinds of opinions and suggestions reflected through the Principal's Mailbox, the school will reply within five working days in accordance with relevant regulations.
